Repair Service Process

 

1. Fill out the repair request form below.

2. We will supply you with a Return Authorization Number and standard repair costs for your model.

3. Follow the return shipping instructions provided via email.

4. Our professional experts will provide a complete inspection of the unit.

5. After inspection, turnaround time and any additional service required will be detailed.

6. Upon approval, refurbishment service is performed and the unit is shipped back to you like new.

Our standard repair service includes an inspection of the unit, a new powder charge, bearings, powder seal, retaining rings, gaskets (if any), and miscellaneous hardware that needs to be replaced.  The unit is tested to verify it will produce its rated torque and is working correctly.  A fresh coat of paint is also applied.

If any other major components need to be replaced after inspecting the unit such as the coil or inner or outer rotating member components, they will be quoted separately.

Please remove all couplings, sprockets, and other connection devices prior to sending your clutch or brake in for repair.  And, please DO NOT disassemble any clutch or brake prior to sending it in with the exception of removing the enclosure box on forced air cooled units.

 

Disassembling any clutch or brake within the warranty period immediately voids the warranty.
