MAGNE POWER LLC, formerly MAGNE CORP.,  is a tension and torque control solutions provider.  Our magnetic particle clutches and brakes are a proven choice for machine builders, OEMs, and converters across the globe. 

 

The MAGNECLUTCH and MAGNEBRAKE were originally developed by the Vickers Corporation in the 1950s.  One of its first uses was as a speed control on generators for the US Navy.  Sperry, and then MAGNE CORP., later refined the MAGNECLUTCH & MAGNEBRAKE and its applications. 

 

Today, MAGNE POWER LLC continues the production of these proven, reliable products right here in the USA.  Detail parts and components in our clutches and brakes are made and assembled in house.  Full control over our supply chain and close oversight of critical operations allows us to respond quickly and deliver for our customers when it matters most.
