Returns
Domestic orders where items are in new and unused condition may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund, account credit, or exchange. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. International sales are final due to the complexity and bureaucratic nature of such transactions.

Please ensure the return is packaged appropriately to prevent damage. Items over 50 lbs should be shipped back on a skid LTL.

When the return is received, the refund, account credit, or exchange will be processed less the 25% restocking fee.
Warranty
This warranty applies to domestic sales of MAGNECLUTCHES & MAGNEBRAKES. MAGNE POWER LLC manufactures its products to be free from defects and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of shipment. Should any defect occur within the warranty period, the purchaser shall notify MAGNE POWER LLC in writing and provide a detailed description of the issue. Depending on the nature of the problem and circumstances, MAGNE POWER LLC may or may not authorize a warranty return authorization number. If a warranty return is authorized, MAGNE POWER LLC will perform an inspection of the product and, at its option, exchange or repair the product. Freight charges are the responsibility of the customer when products are returned to MAGNE POWER LLC under a warranty return authorization. MAGNE POWER LLC will cover the cost of shipping the repair or replacement back to the customer. This warranty does not cover cosmetic problems, neglect and abuse, damage from improper installation or use, damages caused during transit or shipping, and is void if the product has been modified, opened, or disassembled during the warranty period. For all other domestic product sales, MAGNE POWER LLC offers a 90 day warranty under the same terms and conditions. International sales are final due to the complexity and bureaucratic nature of such transactions.
